I left personal training because I became sick and tired of a fatal flaw that online coaching corrected. My clients would show up for their workouts for that hour but I had no way to help them with their nutrition, sleep, or stress. Once I started to learn more, I also figured out what works best as far as workouts for women over 40 and beyond to retain muscle and keep the figure they want.
