Welcome everyone to the first episode of the Forever Fit with Carol Covino Podcast! I'm so excited to finally be launching this podcast it has been years in the making and overcoming a lot of perfectionistic tendencies.

I want to share with you what you'll expect going forward from this podcast and how I want to educate, inspire, and motivate you to live your best forever fit life. Expert guests in specific topics areas are already lined up as well so my hope is that you'll have a lot to look forward to.

I also want to share in this episode what my fitness journey has looked like from tons of cardio to CrossFit to competing in female bodybuilding shows.
